The petitioner seeks a mandamus in respect of a representation dated 06.06.2019. I am of the view that the writ petition is premature and that reasonable time should be given to the respondent to receive,process and thereafter act upon the representation made.

2.Considering the above, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition in limine and I do so. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the court at a more appropriate juncture in future, should it become necessary.
