This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to provide police protection to the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), who accepts notice for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the petitioner's representation dated 05.03.2021 was registered in CSR No.22 of 2021 and is posted for enquiry. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, based on findings and on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order / uploading of this order.
