This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to give police protection to conduct cultural program (Music and Dance) on 18.06.2019 during the temple festival of Arulmigu Mariamman and Kaliamman Temples situated at Naduppatti Village, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 11.06.2019.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that seeking permission and protection to conduct the cultural program (Music and Dance) on 18.06.2019 in the above said temple, the petitioner made a representation on 11.06.2019 to the respondents and the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

representation was not considered so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed for the aforesaid relief.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.06.2019 and pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law, forthwith.

5. The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
