ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of an enquiry.

2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that there are sixteen cases pending against the present petitioner and that the second respondent never harassed the present petitioner.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decision in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
