ORDER

This Petition is filed to condone the delay of 506 days in filing the above appeal. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials placed before this Court.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the second respondent has seriously objected to allow this petition.

4.No representation on behalf of the respondent. 5.For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the Petition and on being satisfied with the same, this Petition is allowed subject to the condition that the erring official has to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/-(Rupees Thousand Five Hundred only) to the Legal Service Authority attached to this Bench, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.
