ORDER

This petition is filed seeking for a direction to the third and fourth respondents not to harass the petitioner. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, would contend that the fifth respondent lodged a complaint against the present petitioner and the same was forwarded to the Deputy Chief Minister Cell. Subsequently, it was forwarded to the concerned Police Sation and the same was registered in 1/3

Current Paper No.05/C5 Karimedu/L&O/P.S/MC/2021 and posted for enquiry. Though, the petitioner appeared before the Inspector of Police, All Women Police Station, Thilagar Thidal and contended that he would amicably settle the issue between him and the fifth respondent, did not turn up subsequently. His further contention is that the official respondents did not harass the petitioner.

3. Recording the said submission, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the fourth respondent to follow the guidelines issued in the decisions in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610 and Lalita kumari vs. Government of Uttarpradesh and Others reported in AIR 2014 SC 187.
