It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 2.No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.It is stated in the petition that the respondents police frequently called the petitioner and harassed him under the guise of enquiry in respect of a civil dispute.
