After arguing for some time, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition by furnishing additional particulars such as Rules or Statutory Regulations and the prohibition imposed in this regard and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Recording the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the liberty sought for by the petitioner is granted. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed. No costs.
