perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.C.VENKATESH KUMAR, Advocate for M/S.AJMAL ASSOCIATES, for the petitioners and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition Nos.6 and 6(c) imposed upon the petitioners by this Court vide order dated 19.02.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2550 of 2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this Court, vide order dated 19.02.2024, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required. The respondent Police Station is situated 380 kms far away from the residence of the petitioners and hence, the petitioners could not comply with the condition imposed by this Court. Therefore, this Petition has been filed.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition 6(c) imposed on the petitioners vide order dated 19.02.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Inspector of Police, Uthangarai Police Station, Krishnagiri District, on every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for 2/3
