ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned III-Additional District and Sessions Judge (PCR), Madurai, to accept the surrender of the petitioner in connection with Crime No.224 of 2016 and consider his bail application on the same day. 2.The sum and substance of the complaint against the petitioner and other accused is that on 14.06.2016, when the complainant's mother was carrying "Theechatti", there had been a wordy quarrel between two groups, in which the defacto complainant's mother sustained injury. The said complaint has been registered in Crime No.224 of 2016 for the alleged offences under Sections 147, 148, 336 and 506(ii) IPC r/w 3(2)V (a) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989.
3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the injured has been discharged from the hospital and the co-accused has already been released on bail. 4.It is brought to the notice of the Court that this Court has already passed orders in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.10017, 10022, 10050 and 10081 of 2016 on 29.06.2016, directing the co-accused to surrender before the Court concerned.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering that this Court has already passed orders in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.10017, 10022, 10050 and 10081 of 2016, the petitioner is directed to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
surrender before the Court concerned within ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file bail application. The Court concerned is directed to accept the surrender of the petitioner in Crime No.224 of 2016 and consider his bail application and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, on the same day of his surrender. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
