ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.It is the grievance of the petitioner that his representation dated 23.03.2018 seeking for inclusion of his name in the computer recording in respect of property in Survey Nos.374/1A2A, 374/1A2C situated at Pattinamkathan Village, Ramanathapuram District has not been considered by the third respondent till date and hence, has filed the present writ petition.

3.In view of the limited prayer sought for in this writ petition, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2018 on its https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

own merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also directed to give a copy of his representation dated 23.03.2018 to the third respondent. 4.With the above observation, this writ petition stands allowed. No costs.
