ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.240 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) has submitted that after investigation, a charge sheet has been filed on 13.11.2014, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, but so far, the case was not taken on file.

3.Considering the aforesaid Submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Thirunelveli is directed to verify whether the charge sheet was filed in the aforesaid case on 13.11.2014 itself and why it was not taken on file and to submit a report within a period of three months https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
