This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.405 of 2022 within the stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed and the same is yet to be taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai. 3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai., to take the final report on file within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
