The petitioner seeks transfer of the case in C.C.No.42 of 2013 on the file of the District Munsif-Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Illayankudi, Sivagangai District to some other Court.

2. The grounds stated by the petitioner are not good enough to pass an order of transfer.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) has submitted that the trial in this case is over and the matter is posted for arguments. Therefore, the petition to transfer the case is unwarranted.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
