This application has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

2.No representation for the petitioners. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The specific case of the petitioners is that based on the complaint against them, the respondents 2 and 3 are calling the petitioners frequently for enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that there is no such harassment as alleged by the petitioners and their presence was required only in connection with the complaint dated 21.05.2016. There is an undertaking by the learned Government Advocate that the petitioners will be called for enquiry only by issuing summons, prescribing the date, place and time.

5.Recording the submission made, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
