Mr.S.RAMESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P(MD).No.200 of 2024 vide order dated 08.01.2024, while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that due to ill-health, the petitioners are not able to produce the sureties before the trial Court within the stipulated time as per the order of this Court dated 08.01.2024 made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.200 of 2024. Hence, he seeks time to comply with the condition imposed upon the petitioners.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court, vide order dated 08.01.2024, is extended for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, failing which, the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners shall stand automatically vacated.
