2. The petitioner has put up the residential construction in the petition mentioned land. The petitioner wants the electricity service connection for the same.

3. The second respondent is directed to provide electricity service connection to the petition mentioned house subject to fulfillment of the usual formalities. The Writ Petition is allowed.
