O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction to the Respondents to grant permission and to provide adequate police protection for conducting village level Fed light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 13.04.2018 at about 09.00 p.m., to 14.04.2018 at about 09.00 P.M., in Maradi Village, Thuraiyoor Taluk, Trichy District, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 07.04.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the petitioner has sought for permission and police protection for village level Fed Light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 13.04.2018 and 14.04.2018 but however, he requested to mould the relief, seeking for permission to conduct the Kabadi Tournament. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.According to the petitioner, he made a representation dated 07.04.2018 to the respondents to grant permission and protection for conducting village level Fed light Kabadi Tournament to be held on 13.04.2018 at about 09.00 p.m., to 14.04.2018 at about 09.00 P.M., in Maradi Village, Thuraiyoor Taluk, Trichy District. No order has been passed in the said representation, the petitioner has filed this writ petition with the aforesaid prayer. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner's representation is still pending with the second respondent. Therefore, this Court may pass appropriate orders to consider the petitioner's representation on merits and in accordance with law.
6.Considering the rival submission made by both parties, this Court directs the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 07.04.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on or before 12.04.2018. 7.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
