ORDER
Today, when this petition is taken up for admission, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the petitioner, a painter, used to misbehave with a young child in the work place. According to him, the petitioner, in a similar manner, has indulged in an activity at Chennai, for which, a separate case has been registered against him, which has also ended in conviction. Therefore, he strongly opposed to suspend the sentence imposed against the petitioner.
2. Considering the objection of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed. 12.03.2026 ogy 2/4
