ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A6 and A7 in Crime No.61 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 120(b), 302 and 114 of I.P.C., and hence, seek bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous motive, the accused attacked the deceased and caused his death on 24.02.2015. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners' name did not find place in the FIR and there is no overt act attributed against them. He further submitted that all the accused were secured and the allegation against the petitioners is that they prevented the deceased from escaping the scene of occurrence. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.
side) would submit that A3 is absconding and the other accused were arrested and remanded to judicial custody. He further submitted that the overt act against these petitioners is that they prevented the deceased at the time of scene of occurrence. 5.Considering the overt act attributed against these petitioners and the period of incarceration, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
