O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, to complete the trial in C.C.No.11 of 2013 within a time frame as fixed by this Court. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a case was registered in Crime No.1 of 2013, for the offences punishable under Sections 354 and 506(i) IPC r/w Section 4 of Prevention of Women's from Harassment Act, against the accused person, on the file of the respondent police, on 16.04.2013. After filing the final report, the case was taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Trichy and the same was transferred to the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy and taken on file in C.C.No.11 of 2013.

taken on file by the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy, in the year 2013, there is no progress in the trial. Hence, the petitioner has constrained to file petition to expedite and dispose of the trial in C.C.No.11 of 2013.

5.The learned Government Advocate fairly submitted that he will take steps to complete the trial within a period of six months.

6.Having regard to the facts and circumstances of this case and the submission made by the learned Government, this Court direct the learned Additional Mahila Court, Trichy to dispose of the case in C.C.No.11 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
