ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to direct the respondent to file final report in Crime No.321 of 2022 within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 1/4

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.321 of 2022 for the offence under Sections 376, 420 and 506(i) IPC and that the investigation is pending. Hence, he seeks three months time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent Police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
