ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as the sole accused in Crime No.149 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested in pursuant to the non bailable warrant on 21.02.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(b) and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961, and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial Court in S.C.No.147 of 2014 and he was unable to appear before the trial Court on 05.02.2014. He further submits that the petitioner will appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the Fast Track Mahila Court, Ramnad District and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates without fail.
