This petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.253 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi.

2.Today, both the petitioner and the 2nd respondent appeared before this Court and submitted that they have settled the dispute between themselves and to that effect, a joint compromise memo dated 26.09.2017 signed by the petitioner, 2nd respondent and their respective counsels has been filed before this Court. 3.Placing on record the joint compromise memo dated 26.09.2017, the proceedings in C.C.No.253 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi, stands quashed and this Criminal Original Petition is closed accordingly .
