Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10415 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13288 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.10415 of 2022 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13288 of 2022, dated 01.09.2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required on issuance of summons.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
