ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused in Special Sessions Case No.145 of 2008 on the file of the learned III Additional District Judge, (PCR) Madurai, was arrested on 26.03.2015 in pursuant to the non bailable warrant issued on 18.12.2013 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 3(1)(X) of SC/ST (PA) Act, and hence, seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been regularly appearing before the trial Court and on 18.12.2013, due to his ill-health, the petitioner was not able to appear before the trial Court and he informed his counsel to file an application for dispensing with his appearance, but the petitioner's counsel did not take steps. Hence, non bailable warrant was issued against him. He further submits that the petitioner will appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ for the respondents.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned III Additional District Judge, (PCR), Madurai and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court for all future hearing dates without fail. sd/- 20/04/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
