ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to give legal heir certificate to the petitioner by considering her representation dated 18.03.2019.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondent.

3. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. In order to get legal heirship certificate, the petitioner has filed an application to the respondent on 18.03.2019 and the same is still pending with the respondent and no orders seems to have been passed and therefore, the petitioner is before this Court with this writ petition.

5. I have heard the learned Government Advocate, who would submit that the said application of the petitioner would be considered on merits and in accordance with law and an order would be passed within a time frame that may be fixed by this Court.

6. Considering the limited scope of the writ petition, the Writ Petition is disposed of with the following direction: https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

"That the respondent is hereby directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2019 with regard to legal heir certificate and pass orders thereon on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all stake holders concerned in this regard. The needful shall be done within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order." No costs.
