This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the third respondent to release the petitioner's registered General Power of Attorney deed Doc.No.44/2026 dated 05.01.2026 to him. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already sent a representation to the official respondents on 31.01.2026, for release of the general power of 2/5

attorney executed in his favour by the fifth respondent. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition.

4.Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner would be considered by the respondents in accordance with law within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 31.01.2026 and to release the general power of attorney dated 05.01.2026, which was registered as Doc.No.44 of 2026, within a period of Five [5] working days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
