O R D E R

The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is for a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to post the petitioner as Shop Supervisor in the vacant place at Shop No.5448, Thiruvathavur, Melur Taluk, Madurai District or any other shop, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.R.V.Rajkumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.H.Arumugam, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3.The learned standing counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the necessary party to consider the request of the petitioner dated 01.03.2018 about the posting in a TASMAC shop is not the respondent already impleaded herein, but, only the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Senior Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited, (TASMAC) Madurai. However, he has not been impleaded. 4.In view of the same, the said respondent i.e. Senior Regional Manager, Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited, (TASMAC) Madurai is suo motu impleaded as one of the party respondent in this writ petition.

5.The learned counsel for the petitioner since seeks a very limited prayer to consider and pass order on his representation dated 01.03.2018, this writ petition, with the consent of both sides, is disposed of finally at the admission stage. 6.There shall be a direction to the second respondent (impleaded respondent) to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 01.03.2018 and pass orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

7.With this direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
