ORDER

This petition is filed to condone the delay of 183 days in filing the above Writ Appeal.

2.Heard Mr.J.Ashok, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the petitioners.

3.Mr.I.Pinaygash, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for condoning the delay.
