ORDER

The writ petitioner submitted a complaint dated 03.06.2019 alleging commission of certain illegalities by the customs official of Tuticorin. This is a matter, in which, the respondent will have jurisdiction. Of-course, this Court will not straight away direct the respondent to register the case. At the same time, the respondent cannot keep the complaint pending also. A disposal one way or other will have to be given.

2.The learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI states that a disposal on merits in accordance with law will be given to the petitioner's complaint within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
