ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute which is the subject matter of O.S.Nos.103 of 2017 and 217 and 219 of 2015 on the file of VI Additional District Court, Madurai exists between the petitioner and the respondents 4 to 6.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondents police would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the 5th respondent herein enquiry was undertaken and 2/5

during the course of enquiry, finding that the civil suit is pending between the parties in O.S.Nos.103 of 2017, 217 of 2015 and 219 of 2015 before the concerned Court, the same has been closed.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is still aggrieved he has to work out the remedy through appropriate proceedings. 06.03.2023 Index : Yes / No Internet: yes / No trp 3/5
