This criminal original petition is filed for a direction the second respondent to register the case on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.09.2017 to the first respondent and the same was forwarded to the second respondent, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and thereafter, the same has been closed.
