The petitioner seeks production of his daughter Priyadharshini, aged 24 years.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.

4. The detenue has been produced before us today. She would claim that she has got married to the son of the third respondent namely, Thirumeninathan on 10.09.2021 and she is living in the third respondent's house on her own volition. She would also state that her husband is working in Dubai.

5. In view of the said statement made and there being no case of illegal custody is involved, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
