ORDER

The petitioners seek for quashing of the FIR in Crime No. 338 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police dated 05.11.2024.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has now been completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate III, Thoothukudi, through E-filing in E-Filing No.LTN20230000196C202500310, on 22.07.2025 and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The learned Judicial Magistrate III, Thoothukudi, is directed to take the case on file forthwith. The petitioner is at liberty to 2/4

challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
