Respondent PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with regard to the properties in Survey No.553 and 554 of Aravakurichi Village, Aravakkurichi Taluk, Karur District admeasuring 17 acres 71 cents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2018 within the time frame as may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Though this writ petition is filed to direct the respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner with regard to the properties in Survey No.553 and 554 of Aravakurichi Village, Aravakkurichi Taluk, Karur District admeasuring 17 acres 71 cents by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 10.12.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since in the representation dated 10.12.
2018, the petitioner had not specifically mentioned that the said land belongs to the Temple and patta has already been given in the name of the Temple represented by his father and subsequently after the death of his father, he has been continuing as a Manager of the Temple and therefore, some modification/change has to be made in the patta showing that the patta issued in the name of the Temple represented by his father and it has to be represented by the petitioner. However, since the details have not been mentioned in the representation dated 10.12.2018, the learned counsel wants to withdraw the present writ petition and make a fresh representation giving those details to the respondent and after giving such representation, let the same be considered by the Tahsildar concerned.

2. Recording the said submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
