ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to issue direction to the respondent to investigate the FIR No.564/2016 pending on his file as expeditious possible and to file final report on the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation in Crime No.564 of 2016 and also filed final report before the E.C Court and it is yet to be taken cognizance.

3. In view of the same, the Special Court(EC Court) Pudukottai this Court directs the Special Court(EC Court) Pudukottai to take cognizance on the final report filed by the respondent police in Crime No.564 of 2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not, already taken cognizance. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
