The petitioner seeks mandamus for disposal of representation dated 13.06.2019, approaching this Court the very next day. I am of the view that this writ petition is premature and that reasonable time should be given to the respondents to receive, process and act upon the representation being made.
2.Considering the above, I am constrained to dismiss this writ petition in limine and I do so. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to move the court at a more appropriate juncture in future should it become necessary.
