(Order of the Court was made by the M.S.Ramesh J.) This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in W.P.(MD).No.397 of 2025.

2. The grounds raised in the Review Application were very much available to the petitioner herein when the final arguments took place and the orders were passed. Having failed to address those grounds at that stage, it is now not open to the Review Petitioner to seek for a review of the order, since the same is barred by the principles of constructive res judicata.

3. Accordingly, the Review Application stands dismissed. No Costs.
