PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438(2) r/w 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to relax further condition imposed in Crl.M.P (MD) No.1229 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22055 of 2022 dated 25.01.2023 which was relaxed partially in the Criminal Original Petition filed by the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail to him vide order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22055 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022 passed by this Court.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking to relax further condition imposed in Crl.M.P(MD) No.1229 of 2023 in Crl.O.P (MD)No.22055 of 2022 dated 25.01.2023 which was relaxed partially in the Criminal Original Petition filed by the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail to him vide order in Crl.O.P(MD)No.22055 of 2022 dated 14.12.2022 passed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, Sivagangai District on 13.03.2023 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
