ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 22172 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025 in so far as the condition directing the petitioner to produce the sureties before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi, instead of Learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).

3. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD).No. 22172 of 2025 dated 03.12.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall produce the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate, Kamuthi and time is extended for a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to produce sureties.
