ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition is for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to issue the legal heir certificate of petitioner's brother namely, Mupidathi to the petitioner by considering her representations dated 07.05.2019 and 06.06.2019.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate, who takes notice for the respondents.
3. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.
4. In order to get legal heir certificate of the petitioner's brother, the petitioner has given representations on 07.05.2019 and 06.06.2019 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner wants the respondents to consider the said representations and pass orders on merits.

5. I have heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, who would submit that, the said
representations of the petitioner for seeking the legal heir certificate would be considered on merits and an order would be passed within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
6. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the respondents, especially, the second respondent to pass orders on the said representations of the petitioner dated 07.05.2019 and 06.06.2019 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
