RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioners while granting anticipatory bail to petitioner vide order in Crl.OP.(MD).No.20776 of 2022 dt.24.11.2022 passed by this Honorable Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MANIMEGALAI M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20776 of 2022, dated 24.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and the final report was also filed before the concerned Court.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.20776 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.3636 of 2023 learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil on 13.03.2023 and thereafter, appear before the Court, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.
