O R D E R

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner is a Siddha Practitioner. The Respondents 3 and 4 were his patients. While so, the Respondents 3 and 4 are alleged to have preferred a complaint with the 2nd Respondent, based on which the 2nd Respondent had been harassing the Petitioner by summoning him often. Therefore, the Petitioner was forced to file this Petition seeking direction against the Respondents 1 and 2 not to interfere in the civil dispute.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions of the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that the cause of action as per the complaint given by the Respondents 3 and 4 is outside the jurisdiction of the 2nd Respondent. Therefore, the 2nd Respondent had not taken the complaint on file.
