ORDER
The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to expedite the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent and to file a final report. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the investigation in Crime No.88 of 2021 of Dindigul Taluk Police Station, Dindigul District is underway and prayed for six months time to file a final report. 3.Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report/referred charge sheet, as the case may be in Crime No.88 of 2021 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
