This petition is filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.156 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that already the investigation in Crime No.156 of 2016 pending on the file of the first respondent police has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the concerned court on 17.05.2018 and hence, the prayer sought by the petitioner has become infructuous.
