ORDER

The present petition is filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the Additional Mahila Judge, Madurai District to dispose of CC.No.166 of 2016 within the stipulated time. 2.Mr.A.Robinson, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that there are 13 witnesses on the side of the prosecution, out of which, 5 witnesses were examined and that the remaining witnesses would be produced before the concerned Court as expeditiously as possible.
