(Order of the Court was made by N.ANAND VENKATESH, J.) The matter is listed under the caption "For being mentioned" on a ground that this Court directed the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and since the period had expired, the Legal Services Authority is not in a position to accept the costs.

2. It is also brought to our notice that the order passed by this Court was challenged by way of an appeal before the Apex Court

and the appeal was also disposed of by an order dated 13.03.2026.

3. The petitioner is directed to pay the costs of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) in the name of J.Pankarsakthi [State Bank of India, Ottapidaram, Account No.42588794148, IFSC SBIN0016318], on or before 02.04.2026.
