O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent police to complete the investigation in respect of FIR in Crime No.115 of 2016 dated 23.02.2016 and to file a Final Report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent. Mr.V.Nagarajan, Special Sub-Inspector of Police, Kenikarai Police Station is present. On instructions, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.115 of 2016 was completed and a charge sheet has also been filed in C.C.No.55 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Ramanathapuram for offences under Sections 147, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

427, 452, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC and Section 379(NH) IPC r/w Section 4 of TNPWH Act against the accused.

Recording the same, this petition is closed.
