ORDER
There is no merit in the present civil revision petition filed against the order, dated 01.11.2021 in I.A.No.96 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.93 of 1/3
2019. By the impugned order, the petitioner has not complied with the order passed by the Sub Court, Thirumangalam on 01.11.2021 and now after lapse of almost 15 months, the present civil revision petition has been filed. Therefore, the civil revision petition is liable to be dismissed.
2. Accordingly, the civil revision petition stands dismissed. The learned Sub Court, Thirumangalam is directed to expedite H.M.O.P.No. 93 of 2019 one way or the other. Liberty is given to the respondent to file appropriate application for enforcing the order passed in I.A.No.96 of 2019 in H.M.O.P.No.93 of 2019. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
